1. Expected Behavior

  • Treat all participants with respect and consideration.

  • Communicate with openness, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Respect differing viewpoints and experiences.

  • Use inclusive and non-discriminatory language.

2. Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.

  • Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome attention.

  • Disruptive behavior during sessions or activities.

  • Misuse of event platforms or tools (e.g., spamming, trolling).

3. Online and In-Person Etiquette

The Code of Conduct applies equally to in-person attendees, virtual participants, and event-related communications or social media.

4. Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please contact a staff member or email us confidentially at: gm@dagihouse.com

5. Consequences

Violation of this Code may result in:

  • A verbal or written warning

  • Expulsion from the event without a refund

  • Notification to relevant authorities (if necessary)
