1. Expected Behavior
Treat all participants with respect and consideration.
Communicate with openness, empathy, and professionalism.
Respect differing viewpoints and experiences.
Use inclusive and non-discriminatory language.
2. Unacceptable Behavior
Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome attention.
Disruptive behavior during sessions or activities.
Misuse of event platforms or tools (e.g., spamming, trolling).
3. Online and In-Person Etiquette
The Code of Conduct applies equally to in-person attendees, virtual participants, and event-related communications or social media.
4. Reporting Concerns

5. Consequences
Violation of this Code may result in:
A verbal or written warning
Expulsion from the event without a refund
Notification to relevant authorities (if necessary)
